Redecorating Alert:

Marc Jacobs Has A
Flower Fit

Keeping things interesting during the slow January season, Marc Jacobs has updated the seasonal décor at his Bleecker Street "Stuff" accessory boutique. Replacing the melange of racy black and white photographs that filled his windows last season is a romantic curtain of silk flowers. It's a welcome contrast to the gloomy weather New York has been faced with lately, and it's not just in the windows. Inside the store, the walls and even the ceiling are also festooned with colorful blossoms, with Jacobs' budget priced handbags and totes nestled on flowered shelves.
It's all just far enough over the top to make us smile and remind us that Spring is actually only a couple of months away.
