Could Someone Please Explain? What Is eBay Doing On West 57th? Part II

So last week they were putting to gather an elaborate Pop-Up store for eBay on West 57^th Street, and it appears to be all finished....so now what?
Apparently, it is here for five days, but which five days? As of yesterday afternoon it was decidedly closed.
So when does it open?
Is it over?
Did we miss it?
What are they selling, and exactly what is the point of this thing anyway?

It was only open for two days for private events. Shame really there wasn't a longer run.
