THIS WEEK'S PREMIUM LAUNCH: L.L.Bean Signature Has Launched

This is just a reminder L.L.Bean Signature collection that we have been going on and on about has been fully released this week after a few teasing preview items, and it looks good to us...and we're picky. At the very least, it could easily give J.Crew a run for its money. Designer Alex Carleton of Rogues Gallery has given the brand's classics a trimmer fit and more contemporary silhouette that should make younger customers happy without horrifying the faithful. The best news is that the prices are pretty much in line with standard Bean fare, and by that we mean highly affordable. We are particularly interested in the men's shoes (big surprise), and would be ordering away online, except that we may have the chance to visit an L.L.Bean retail store in a couple of weeks where we hope to see the line up close and in person.
