SAMPLE SALE ALERT: Another Sample Sale Gridlock Is Upon Us

Just a few weeks ago, there was a crush of sample sales happening at the same time that was either a gift or a curse depending on how one follows such things. That, apparently, was merely a prelude to what is happening during the next two weeks when, according to our friends at Racked, there will be no fewer than 50, yes five-oh sample sales vying for your dollars. Their list includes such crowd grabbers as Helmut Lang (12/10 139 Fifth Avenue, 2nd Floor), Derek Lam (12/15 10 Crosby Street, 3rd floor) and Tory Burch (12/9 261 West 36th Street). The list, though extensive came out just before what will likely be the most enthusiastically attended (read: mob scene) sale of them all, Alexander Wang (12/16 - 19, 93 Mercer Street between Spring and Broome Sreets).
