SAMPLE CIRCUIT: Isaia, Nili Lotan & Milly Sales Return With A Roger Vivier Blowout This Weekend
March 16, 2016
Like clockwork, the Sample Sale schedule is heating up as we head toward the second half of March and beyond. This week brings back a perennial favorite or two with more big names to follow in the coming weeks.
Yesterday, popular Neapolitan menswear label ISAIA joined the crowd of luxury labels to move their events to C21 Edition, Century 21's luxury vintage shop-in-shop that has transitioned into a high-end sample sale venue. Expect the usual array of impeccably made tailored clothing, furnishings, sportswear and shoes in sumptuous materials. Shop through Friday the 18th.
On the women's side, contemporary favorite MILLY is currently clearing out samples and stock at Clothingline in the Garment District featuring apparel, handbags and accessories, and Chelsea Market is hosting a trio of Contemporary labels, J BRAND, RAMY BROOK, ALICE & TRIXIE, which should go a long way toward finishing those wardrobe updates. Both sales run through Friday.
For those looking for more prosaic fare, ASICS has returned to 260 Fifth Avenue with another season's selection of activewear and athletic footwear for the whole family at 50% to 80% off retail prices through the weekend.
Tribeca designer NILI LOTAN is once again turning over her Duane Street boutique on Friday to clearing out her previous season's collections. Save up to 75% off retail prices on her sophisticated, modern apparel through the weekend.
Finally, coveted Parisian shoe designer ROGER VIVIER will be returning to Soiffer Haskin's Midtown West showroom from Friday through Monday. This is always a popular event among the city's shoe mavens, and while we don't expect Hermès-level madness, you can count on some lines of eager shoppers stretching down 33rd Street on Friday morning. Plan to get there early, and to pass though a serious checkroom for any coats, bags and even cellphones.
Keep an eye on our SALE ROLL sidebar for all details and locations as well as additional, late-breaking updates. Next week, get ready for James Perse, Vivienne Tam and more.
