The Sample Sale schedule is in for a bit of a lull as we head into the Holidays and the inevitable post-Christmas clearances, but there are still a few events worth checking out this week. Here are some highlights:

EILEEN FISHER has turned her current sample sale over to the folks at 260SampleSale to manage this week in SoHo through Wednesday.

Who doesn't like a fragrant candle? TOCCA is counting on everybody as it launches its seasonal sale today at 260 Fifth Avenue in NoMad alongside STILA which brings the opportunity to pick up a hostess gift along with some new makeup through Saturday.

Festive clothing will be the order of the day at DESIGUAL's three-day sale starting today through Thursday at Clothingline. Find a brightly patterned party outfit for everyone in the whole family.

Finally, HUGO BOSS will drop a special four-day Holiday Sale starting on Wednesday through Saturday at Soiffer Haskin which promises savings of up to 70% off its collections with an emphasis on festive Holiday gear and last minute gift items.

With Chanukah happening right now, and one more full weekend before Christmas, shopping is at a peak just in time for some sample sales that should be particularly appealing. Here's a few highlights:

Popular premium denim label J BRAND has been going on all week at 260 Fifth Avenue and will run through the weekend for ever popular jeans gifting opportunities.

Italian luxury furrier GIULIANA TESO will be sharing her sale with opulent handbag label V.B.H. through Friday the 15th for those looking for some end-of-the-year extravagance.

Always reliable gifts like hats and gloves will be heavily featured at sales form PORTOLANO in the Garment District through the 22nd as well as MEG COHEN in SoHo through Saturday through the 16th

Luxury sneaker heads will likely be raiding the first BUSCEMI sample sale in SoHo through Sunday the 17th while ladies looking for equally exclusive footwear are expected to swarm the one-day-only SOPHIA WEBSTER sale on Saturday the 16th. (UPDATE) Along the same lines, TABITHA SIMMONS has extended her sale in SoHo through Saturday with additionally reduced prices starting at $75.

Designer milliner EUGENIA KIM is opening her Garment District showroom once again for a timely holiday sale featuring her beautifully made headwear for men and women along with shoes & accessories for the winter.

Jewelry designer IPPOLITA makes a well timed return to Soiffer Haskin in midtown for anyone looking for special jewelry gifts in gold or sterling silver.

For women looking for a little something special for themselves, maybe for a glamorous New Year's Eve, there's a 2-day ALTUZARRA sale in Tribeca through Friday the 15th and if you miss that one, ADAM LIPPES starts a 4-day sale in NoMad on Saturday the 16th through Tuesday.

POP-UP ALERT: WIRED's Holiday Shop Returns Tomorrow At Brookfield Place

One of the season's favorite shopping events is making its 4th appearance tomorrow when it opens its doors, such as they are, at Brookfield Place in the Financial District. Not quite a traditional store, this season's WIRED pop-up (pictured above) will be inhabiting a series of booths amongst the palms in the complex's Winter Garden. As usual, it will feature the latest in must-have tech gifts and gadgets as chosen by the magazine's editors. Highlights will range from the Anki Cozmo Collector’s Edition Robot which at $179.99 seems reasonable for a robot to the more extravagant Shinola Canfield Over-Ear Headphones at $595. For tech savvy gift shopping or just a break from the rest of your Holiday shopping, the pop-up will be open through December 22, and most merchandise will also be available online through the Wired Store website, while it lasts.

Well, Shophounders, in case you thought people were over Sample Sales, we would refer you to the fistfight that reportedly broke out earlier this week at the ALICE AND OLIVIA sale earlier this week. People are still enthused about a designer bargain which could be seen by the around-the-corner line in front of the LA PERLA and KEVYN AUCOIN sale opening in SoHo yesterday. Both of those sales will run through the weekend along with a bumper crop of others timed to maximize holiday shopping.

Also running through the weekend are men's luxury Italian sartoria fave ISAIA along with its about-to-be-revamped sibling label EIDOS featuring a guest appearance by exclusive eyewear brand BARTON PERREIRA where some deep but still pricey discounts will be found. 

Still on the luxury train, today marks the appearance of the seasonal CHRISTOFLE sale at Soiffer Haskin through Monday the 11th. This time around the french silver brand is teamed with JUDITH LEIBER's opulent handbags and POMELLATO jewelry.

In the middle of her seasonal sale, TORY BURCH has taken over Clothingline in the Garment District through Saturday featuring deep savings on her full collection.

On there affordable side, contemporary chain FRENCH CONNECTION is in the middle of a midtown sample sale that ends tomorrow which is when men's sportswear label GILDED AGE will launch a two-day holiday gift sale in SoHo featuring classic denim and sportswear.

Finally, on Friday, Italian linen maestro FRETTE will be holding a sale promising up to 80% off through Tuesday in SoHo on grand Street which should be a promising place to shop for home gifts.
